LONDON CALLING: Photocopy Club London Art Show

Curator and photographer Matt Martin (The Photocopy Club) put on a show named LONDON CALLING at the V3 gallery. A photography exhibition celebrating the people and places of london and ofcourse, the artists! London artists were invited to have their work photocopied and then shown in a large compilation. All works were for sale and all were sold! I think exhibitions like this are incredibly important to the London arts scene. There are a lot of talented people in this city that otherwise might not have had the chance to show in a physical space. As London becomes more and more elite it is extremely refreshing to see exhibitions like this, that are about the arts community coming together in a space rather than the egotistical solo show.
